| 香港少年領袖團惠僑分隊，於11月23-24日進行本學期二次的兩日一夜訓練營。 營期首日中一新學員領取制服，並由導師，學長講解指導如何整齊穿著，燙好制服，穿鞋繩及使用鞋油保養軍靴。 翌日早上的早操晨跑之後為野外訓練包括地圖閱讀及指南針運用實習，學員嘗試帶領中一新學員及向他們示範地圖閱讀及指南針運技巧，實踐學習成果。沿途路經上窰郊遊徑的上窰民俗文物館，順道參觀灰窰遺址，由資深導師講解歷史古蹟及本地傳統農耕社會生活習慣民俗，認識城鄉變遷。 The Wai Kiu Troop of the Hong Kong Adventure Corps held their second two-day, one-night training camp of the semester on November 23-24. On the first day of the camp, new Form 1 cadets received their uniforms and were guided by instructors and senior members on how to wear them neatly, iron the uniforms, lace their boots, and use shoe polish to maintain their military boots. The following morning, after the morning exercise and run, outdoor training activities included map reading and compass navigation practice. Cadets attempted to lead the new Form 1 Recruits and demonstrate map reading and compass navigation skills to them, putting their learning into practice. Along the route, they passed by the Sheung Yiu Heritage Trail and visited the Sheung Yiu Folk Museum, where they also explored the remains of the kiln. Senior instructors provided insights into the historical significance of the site and the traditional agricultural practices and customs of the local community. |
