1. 全體教師工作坊「優化自評:善用數據作評估」
為全體教師介紹「優化學校發展與問責架構」,讓教師團隊建立共識,對優化架構下的學與教範疇及學生支援範疇的評估有更深的認識。此外,亦為教師團隊分析校本數據(如 APASO-III、持份者問卷),引導教師善用數據回饋學校發展。

2.中層教師工作坊:「科/組PIE:規劃、監察與支援」
為中層教師介紹「策劃—推行—評估 (PIE)」的理念及實踐策略,包括如何善用質性及量化數據,檢討工作成效,並制訂下一周期的計劃等原則和實用策略,包括科組報告及科組周年計劃的實例,引導中層教師以憑證為本撰寫科組檢討報告及周年計劃。

3.顧問會議
就學校擬定的學校發展計劃 (或周年計劃)初稿,提供顧問意見及優化建議;協助學校領導及行政主任以數據推動決策。

1. Workshop for all teachers: “Optimizing Self-Evaluation: Utilizing Data for Evaluation”
The workshop aims to introduce the “Enhanced School Development and Accountability Framework” to all teachers in order to facilitate consensus-building within teaching teams and a better understanding of the assessment of the learning and teaching domain, as well as the student support domain under the Framework. In addition, school-based data (e.g. APASO-III, stakeholder questionnaires) were analyzed to guide teachers to make good use of the data to give feedback on school development.

2. Workshop for Middle Level Teachers: “Subject & Group PIE: Planning, Monitoring and Supporting”
The workshop aims to introduce the concepts and practical strategies of “Planning, Implementation and Evaluation (PIE)” to intermediary teachers, including the principles and practices of utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to review the effectiveness of work and formulate plans for the next cycle. The abovementioned could be applied to subject and group reports and annual plans, which further guided middle-level teachers to write respective evaluation reports and annual plans based on evidence.

3. Consultation meetings
The meeting provides consultant ideas and refinement suggestions on the first draft of the school development plan (or annual plan) and assists school leaders and administrative officers in making data-driven decisions.
