藝術教育科安排了蛋糕製作班予中一至中五的同學參加,讓同學們可以在活動中擴闊視野,增加不同藝術創作的機會。同學由零開始,安排材料、打發、混合、焗製及裝飾等過程,學習如何親手造出自己的蛋糕,成品有不同款式的甜品,包括芒果抹茶蛋糕、生乳酪蛋糕及提拉米蘇蛋糕等。同學們都非常投入製作,蛋糕既美觀,又美味,而大家都能享受烘焙的樂趣。 Art Education Team arranged a cake-making class for students in Form 1 to 5, providing them with an opportunity to broaden their horizons and explore different forms of artistic creation. Students were guided through the process of selecting ingredients, whisking, mixing, baking, and decorating, learning how to create their own cakes. The finished products included various types of desserts, such as mango matcha cake, cheesecake, and tiramisu cake. Students were deeply engaged in the process of cake-making, and the cakes they created were both beautiful and delicious, and everyone enjoyed the pleasures of baking. |
