教育局於2022年11月優化學校發展與問責架構,引領學校工作朝着學校教育的七個學習宗旨發展,通過「策劃(P)—推行(I)—評估(E)—策劃(P)」循環,推動學校更聚焦及有系統地進行自我評估,以促進學校持續發展及提升學生的學習表現。這次優化學校發展與問責架構的重點包括由2022/23學年起,學校進行自評時須聚焦於7個學習宗旨,並以此作為自評的反思點,從整體角度評估學校在培育學生相關素質方面的工作成效,包括加強國民身份認同及健康的生活方式等學習宗旨的相關工作。



The “School Development and Accountability (SDA) framework” was updated and enhanced in Nov 2022 to gear school work towards the seven learning goals of school education, thereby promoting a more focused and systematic school self-evaluation (SSE) through the “Planning (P) – Implementation (I) – Evaluation (E) – Planning (P)” cycle. The ultimate goal is to enhance schools’ sustainable development and improve students’ performance in learning. The core of the aforementioned enhancement in SDA framework indicates that starting from the 2022/23 school year, schools should focus more on the seven learning goals in conducting SSE and utilize them as the focus of reflection. Schools should holistically evaluate the work performance in nurturing the desired qualities in students, including strengthening the work related to the seven learning goals, such as national identity and healthy lifestyle.
