The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) of Wai Kiu College was established in 1999. The purpose of establishing the PTA is to foster a partnership between parents and the school, jointly cultivating students' moral, intellectual, physical, social, and aesthetic development, and nurturing well-rounded youth for society.

Every year, the PTA organizes various types of activities to facilitate communication among parents. Events such as seminars on topics like parent-child communication and adapting to secondary school life are well-received by parents. Additionally, the PTA holds social activities to enhance cooperation and connection between the school and parents, fostering a closer-knit community. The PTA wholeheartedly assists and supports school events, including graduation ceremonies, annual sports days, talent show, Lunar New Year booths, etc. Many parents contribute financially and physically, serving as role models.

Being successful in one's career does not guarantee raising successful children, but parents who invest in their children's lives and care about their growth will earn their respect and affection. It is hoped that Wai Kiu College and parents will collaborate more closely, creating a more enjoyable and beneficial learning experience for students.

Hello everyone! I am very honored to be a part of the Wai Kiu College Parent-Teacher Association. I sincerely thank all the parents, teachers, and the school for their trust and support. Here, I am also pleased to participate in the affairs of the Parent-Teacher Association, having the opportunity to care about our children's growth and development together.

Education is an incredibly important aspect; it concerns the future of our children and the future development of society. As a member of the Parent-Teacher Association, our mission is to help children establish a healthy and positive mindset, assist them in overcoming challenges, and become responsible citizens with innovative thinking.

In this era full of challenges and changes, we should strive wholeheartedly to grow and progress alongside society. We should encourage children to be brave in trying new things and to persevere, helping them set goals and pursue their dreams. Therefore, we must pay attention to the physical and mental well-being of our children, guiding them to establish correct values and perspectives on life, to love themselves, respect others, and express gratitude. We aim to cultivate their emotional intelligence and intellectual capacity, nurturing them into outstanding individuals who care for others and society.

At the same time, teachers are also guiding and mentors on the growth journey of children. We should respect and support the work of teachers, collaborating with them to strive for the future of our children. Education is a long-term and continuous endeavor that requires our collective effort to ensure that every child receives the best education.
