Junior Police Call
Junior Police Call Scheme (JPC) was launched by the former Chief Superintendent of Police Public Relations Branch (PPRB), Mr. Rennie, in 1974. As of June 2022, the number of members has reached over one hundred and sixty thousand. With the membership expanding rapidly, JPC has become one of the largest youth organizations in the world with strong Police ties.
Objectives
1. To promote and strengthen communication and understanding between the Hong Kong Police Force and young people
2. To foster cooperation between young people and the police in the fight against crime
3. To instil a sense of social responsibility and proper values in young people
4. To provide a variety of activities and training to develop the leadership skills of youth and prepare them to become future leaders
