Junior Police Call

Junior Police Call Scheme (JPC) was launched by the former Chief Superintendent of Police Public Relations Branch (PPRB), Mr. Rennie, in 1974. As of June 2022, the number of members has reached over one hundred and sixty thousand. With the membership expanding rapidly, JPC has become one of the largest youth organizations in the world with strong Police ties.

  • 2. To foster cooperation between young people and the police in the fight against crime
  • 3. To instil a sense of social responsibility and proper values in young people
  • 4. To provide a variety of activities and training to develop the leadership skills of youth and prepare them to become future leaders

  • Vision
“We aspire to be one of the top youth organizations in Hong Kong, committed to making Hong Kong one of the world's safest and most stable cities.”

    Aims
“We encourage members of Junior Police Call to join forces with the community and other organizations to combat crime, preparing them to become future community leaders and guiding them to inspire one another to combat juvenile delinquency.”
