Our school has been implementing a comprehensive strategy for quality school-based management with an efficient committee accountability system for school administration. In addition to imparting knowledge and skills to our students, we also seek to develop their moral integrity and help to build capacity for independent thought so that they may develop into mentally healthy and motivated adolescents. Parents are encouraged to participate in the school’s policy-making processes through the Advisory Committee and the Parent-Teacher Association in order to better meet the needs of their children.

There is a Panel Head in each subject who regularly discusses teaching strategies with other teachers, evaluates students’ performance, and reviews and enhances the quality of instruction.

There are also an Academic Affairs Committee, a Discipline Committee, a Counselling Committee, a Curriculum Development Committee, an Extra-curricular Activities Committee, a General Affairs Committee, and additional special committees to promote school and academic affairs and assist students with their academic, physical, and mental developmental issues.
