Cheung Wong Shui Chen Memorial Scholarship

Ms Y.M. Cheung, the daughter of Mr. Cheung Kwun Shing, member of school management board, has donated a scholarship of $20,000 every year in the name of her late father for many years to stimulate the learning motivation of Wai Kiu students. This year, in the name of her mother, Mrs. Cheung Wong Shui Chen, Ms. Cheung donated another $10,000 per year to set up all-round development awards for students with non-academic achievements, including "Excellent Uniform Team Member", "Outstanding Athlete", "Outstanding Art/Music Performance Students", "Excellent Volunteers", "Excellent Disciplinary/Counseling Leader Students", "Outstanding Students in Co-Curricular Activities". The scholarship aims to encourage Wai Kiu students who have outstanding performance in different fields. The Cheung family is always thinking about education, and they have a deep affection for Wai Kiu students. Wai Kiu teachers and students are infinitely grateful. They hope that the award-winning students will continue to shine in various fields and pursue excellence.
